Phones can watch the video WITH captions: the video link is set automatically from the stream input (or an upload), and the delay is auto-measured for live links so captions line up. Viewers choose Video + captions on their phone; the player has its own pause/seek/volume (tap to unmute). Room screens are never delayed.
